Do we need to know the solution in advance?
No. Simply share the challenge you are facing. Identifying the right solution is the outcome of working through it with Holdrix.
What happens in the first consultation?
The consultation is a 30-minute online session. You describe the challenge, and a Holdrix specialist asks a few questions to understand it and suggest a way forward. If it falls outside our expertise, we will refer you to a suitable provider where we can.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We review the tools you already use before recommending anything, to avoid unnecessary replacement costs.
Can we stop partway through?
Yes, after any stage. The results of every completed stage belong to you, such as the workflow map after Discovery. Our contracts are not designed to lock you in.
Can you help after launch?
Yes. Four weeks of hypercare after go-live is included in the project price. After that, our support team continues with flexible monthly or hourly plans.
Do you work in Vietnamese?
Yes. Holdrix is a Melbourne company with Vietnamese-speaking founders. Meetings, documentation and handover can run in either language.
