We connect the software you already use so data moves between systems on its own, and apply AI to the steps that need reading, analysing, sorting or drafting. A person signs off wherever it matters.
You want to cut costs but don’t know where to start, while repetitive work keeps piling up
Errors from repeated data entry
Data is copied by hand from email into spreadsheets, then into accounting software. Every re-entry is another chance for error.
Low productivity
Staff spend hours on repetitive tasks, which is also where most errors occur.
Processes that depend on one person
When that person is on leave, work stalls, and new staff need weeks to get up to speed.
Two kinds of automation
Automation that fits each process
We combine two kinds of automation, depending on each step of your process.
Traditional workflow automation
Rule-based automation
Data flows automatically between your software, following pre-built rules. The best fit for repetitive, highly standardised work.
Keeps data in sync across your CRM, accounting software and Google Sheets/Excel
Creates tasks, assigns work and sends emails automatically from form submissions
Sends reminders, tracks outstanding payments and compiles regular reports
AI automation
AI-powered automation
AI takes on complex tasks that need reading and analysing content (extracting data, sorting documents, drafting). Every important output is checked by a member of your team before it goes out.
Extracts details automatically from invoices, documents and emails
Analyses each request and routes it to the right person automatically
Drafts quotes, contracts and suggested customer replies quickly
We advise on the right approach for each step, and only recommend AI where it adds real value.
How it runs
One invoice, from inbox to the books
AI handles the reading and data entry, and your team only reviews the exceptions.
01
An invoice arrives by email
A PDF, a photo, or right in the email body.
02
AI reads it
Supplier, date, amount, ABN and GST.
03
Checked against the order
Checks the amount and supplier, and flags duplicates.
04
A person checks, if the AI isn’t sure
Only exceptions are sent to a person for review.
05
Entered in the books
Into Xero, MYOB or whatever you already use.
This is an illustrative workflow. We design every solution around the way your business works.

What sets us apart
AI designed to operate safely
AI and people, working together
When a case is complex or the data is incomplete, the AI hands it to a specialist on your team, so answers stay accurate rather than guessed.
Every step is recorded
Incoming emails, the data the AI extracted and who approved it are all logged for review.
Integrates with your existing software
We build on platforms such as n8n or Make and connect to most software with an API that you already use, avoiding unnecessary replacement costs.
You fully own the system
Every AI and automation service is set up in your business’s name.
Full control over your data flow
We map out exactly how your data will flow before anything is deployed. Sensitive or internal data can stay entirely on your own infrastructure.
Thorough, practical advice
We give clear advice on the solution and cost from the start, so you invest where it counts.
How it works
Four steps, starting with the problem
Before automating anything, we identify where the same information is being entered again and again.
01
Find the repeated work
We work with your team to identify repetitive tasks and how much time each one takes.
02
Design the flow
Where the data comes from, which steps run on rules, which need AI, and where a person signs off.
03
Trial on real data
The new process runs alongside your current one until your team is confident using it.
04
Go live
We stay close for the first four weeks and train the person responsible.
Start small
Start with one process, then scale up
After a 30-minute consultation, we recommend which process to automate first.
Start with the work that is re-entered most often. After a 30-minute consultation, we recommend which process to prioritise, with a clear approach and cost.
Does our data get sent to an AI provider?
Only if you agree to it, and we tell you exactly which data goes where before we build. Many steps need no AI at all — and where the data is sensitive, there are ways to run it without anything leaving your systems.
What if the automation gets it wrong?
Every step is recorded, and anything uncertain is passed to a person to decide. Good automation knows when to stop and ask.
Do we have to change the software we already use?
Usually not. Most common tools can be connected, which avoids the cost of replacing software that already works.
Do we have to use AI?
No. Many processes only need rule-based automation, which costs less and runs more predictably. We only recommend AI for steps that need to read and understand content, such as invoices or emails.
What tools do you build with?
We use automation platforms such as n8n or Make, connected to your existing software through its API. The accounts are in your business’s name, so you keep full control of the system.
