What we commit to

What you receive

Every source file is yours

SVG, PDF, PNG and the original design files, all handed over in full.

Colours for screen and print

Every colour comes with HEX, RGB and CMYK values, so your website and printed materials always match.

Tokens for the website

Colours and typography are defined as tokens developers can apply precisely, rather than estimating from a PDF.

A concise, practical guide

One or two pages explaining how to use the logo, colours and typography, enough for everyday use.

Revision rounds agreed up front

The number of revision rounds is clearly stated in the quote.

Works in two languages

Names, taglines and templates are tested in both Vietnamese and English, using typefaces that render Vietnamese diacritics correctly.

How it works

Five steps, from discovery to handover

  1. 01

    Understand the business

We learn about your business, your target customers and the image you want to build.

  2. 02

    Review what exists

We gather every logo, colour and template currently in use to assess the full picture.

  3. 03

    Design directions

We present several design directions, each with its rationale.

  4. 04

    Build the system

We complete the logo, colours, typography, icons and templates for your chosen package.

  5. 05

    Hand over

We hand over the source files, the brand guide and the website tokens.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to change our logo?

Usually not. Most issues come from the lack of a clear usage standard, not the logo itself. Standardising what you already have is usually more cost-effective and lower risk.

We don’t have a brand yet. Where should we start?

Start with the essentials: a logo, a colour palette, two typefaces and a one-page guide. That is enough for a consistent image and can be expanded later without starting over.

Does this cover print as well?

Yes. The brand standard includes colour values for both screen and print. This is often missing from brand systems, which is why website and print colours drift apart.

Do you register the trademark?

No. Trademark registration requires an intellectual property lawyer. We hand over every file you or your lawyer will need to file the application.
